The conditions below govern the use of the hydroglobe.co.uk website. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please therefore read them carefully. We may change these conditions at any time, and without notice.

Hydro Globes are sold for the purposes as described, they are ornamental and vary, as they are hand-made. They are described as accurately as possible.

All prices are priced inclusive of VAT, though it is not charged by us. We are not VAT registered and cannot provide VAT receipts. Products will be sent out by standard UK Royal Mail delivery. If you have any other requirements, please discuss them with us. Please notify us if any products arrive with you damaged and we will refund or replace them.

Terms of sale

Colours will vary by virtue of the intrinsic nature of the product. It is not possible to offer a comprehensive list of every colour combination, nor to necessarily ensure the absence of any colour in particular, but if you have a colour preference, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your preference.

Sample images are provided to illustrate the nature of product, but please bear in mind that no two Hydro Globes are exactly the same.

Orders received will be confirmed by return email.

Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

When placing an order and/or making payment you undertake that all details provided are correct and that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Returns

If you wish to return the products ordered from this site, for reasons other than damage, they must be returned to us within 10 days in the same condition as when delivered to you. Please notify us that you are returning the products, quoting your reference number. Return postage must be covered by yourself and we advise that you also insure them. We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit back to us and will not refund or replace items so lost or damaged.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection

You must not do or attempt to do anything which will infringe the security of this site or measures set up to protect it. You must not access or attempt to access any data or information not readily available through the website, or entered by you as part of the ordering process. You must not interfere with the running of this site, or try to delay, corrupt or infect other computers or servers.

You must not act on behalf of, or purport to be, a third party unless you have their express permission to do so.
